Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the criteria, recommend it. I had romantic 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that.

Some people working there were not very helpful.

I came here with my partner. I liked the room, the bed was comfy. The hotel was located just next door to the attractions of the city as well as the centre.

Tidy and tidy rooms, stunningly beautiful hotel. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The food for breakfast was great. Perfectly comfortable location, at a near distance from clifford's tower. Early check-in, really friendly personnel. Fantastic stay, as always.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Amazingly friendly staff, great location, good beds. Our apartment was extremely spacious and reasonably spacious, had exterior view. Public parking on-site was provided. Loved food selection, meals were fab and they have plenty of options...

everywhere was spotless, staff were courteous, big bed. the bedroom was large. secure location with a train station walk from the hotel. i loved nearby fish & forest, they had nice drinks.

Loved a quiet vibe. The place was walking distance from York heart of the city. A GRAND hotel, we had a perfectly pleasant stay.

I stayed here 2 nights and I really enjoyed it. Gorgeous room and a large bathroom. The staff was wonderfully friendly and went the extra mile to provide a just perfect stay. Facilities were very useful too. The restaurant was nice and spotless.
